Overview

The Sol Studio provides marketing, reporting, content, and AI operations services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when someone visits our website, contacts us, works with us, or connects third-party marketing accounts to our reporting tools.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact information, company information, messages submitted through forms or email, scheduling details, billing details, project files, and information needed to provide our services. We may also collect basic website analytics such as pages viewed, referring sources, device information, and approximate location.

If a client authorizes a connection to platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, or YouTube, we may collect and process account identifiers, page or profile names, access tokens, permissions granted by the platform, and performance data such as impressions, reach, engagement, follower counts, clicks, views, and related analytics. We use this data only to provide reporting, analysis, client dashboards, and related marketing services.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, provide services, prepare reports, maintain client accounts, communicate with clients, improve our website and operations, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of our systems.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that support hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, customer management, payment processing, data storage, reporting, and security. These providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Platform Data

When a client connects a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account, The Sol Studio accesses only the permissions approved by the client and the platform. We do not use connected platform data to post content, send messages, or take account actions unless separately requested and authorized by the client. Platform data is used for client reporting, performance analysis, and service delivery.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations. Clients may request deletion of connected platform data at any time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Clients may also revoke connected platform access through the relevant platform settings or by contacting us.
