The Challenge

Chef Aran Goldstein had a clear mission: shift the conversation around real food for families. As a chef, dad, and real food advocate, he had the credibility and the passion, but no system to turn that into consistent growth.

He had traction from early organic posts, but his content lacked structure. There were no content pillars, no series strategy, no system for turning viewers into a loyal audience. His grid was inconsistent, his captions were improvised, and he had no presence beyond Instagram.

Aran engaged The Sol Studio to build the strategy and systems that would let his message reach the people who needed it most.

The Approach

Over the course of a year, we built and ran a full-funnel content engine for Aran. It started with defining his content pillars: the core themes that would anchor every post, reel, and story to his mission and his audience's needs.

From there, we developed a Signature Series, a recurring format designed to drive reach and build recognition. We wrote, scheduled, and posted scroll-stopping captions optimized for engagement. We implemented a natural, organic story strategy that built trust and drove affiliate clicks.

Midway through the engagement, we expanded beyond Instagram and launched Aran's Substack, building out the strategy, voice, and initial content that helped him hit 600 subscribers in the first month. This gave him a channel he owned, outside the algorithm, to deepen relationships with his most engaged audience.

The Result

Within four months, Aran had quadrupled his following. A single Signature Series drove over 3 million views. Affiliate sales doubled. His Substack launched to 600 subscribers in its first month, giving him a direct line to his most committed audience.

But the numbers only tell part of the story. Over the course of the year, Aran began to show up online in a way that truly reflected who he is offline: passionate, grounded, and committed to changing how we feed our kids. His content doesn't just perform. It builds trust, attracts aligned brand deals, and advances his mission of making real food accessible and simple.
